horrible,

. I went to do the service, car not clean, when they offer free car cleaning inside and outside on the reception ( I feel second class costumer).

the next day a malfunction pops up on the screen (the car seems to work fine still), it could be anything they said when I called,I agree with that. but it is normal to think that something is missing or went wrong on the service,
2 days later the message disappear the car woks fine.
2 weeks later the message comes back, I call to book it in, trying to drop the evening before due that i start working early but I just found a wall with the person on the other side of the phone so
I have to drop it the same morning, when I did the service I didn't have a problem, and I think it is logic to do that, I supouse the didn;t have room, but you just have to explain it , you know...
the day of the booking i drop the car, I decided to be late to work because I want to talk to them and explain what happened, (the message disappear again). I park the car on the bay and check details on how I parked to know if they moved it, i did that because i had a bad feeling . few hours later I have a call from them saying that they have found the problem and it is going to be 1600$ bill to fix it.
I decide not to go ahead and I paid the bill 160$ for plug in the computer( i understand it is the price...)
but when I get to the car I notice they haven't move it, it was in the exact same position i left it. so I walk into the workshop and I ask who has done the work; nobody knows anything, I start getting angry; someone goes to find another to the offices and comes to 'talk' to me, and says that thing can break anytime and it is out of their control (I agree), then I tell him that I just want to know who has done the work because I think nothing has get done in the car. he goes off and starts treating me like the second class costumer they think I am.
I Just walk away, and never come back... I don't know, I might be overreacting but I think thy made some easy money with me today...and when i tried to find out, I saw the signs.
